About Get Real Consulting

Mark Heaney, CEO and Founding Partner

The visionary behind the InstantPHR product, Mr. Heaney has led the product design and development for dozens of consumer health applications for organizations like American Heart Association, TELUS, Microsoft, Premera Blue Cross, Medstar Health, The US American Cancer Society, British Telecom, Kaiser Permanente and GEICO.

Prior to co-founding Get Real Consulting, Mr. Heaney served USWeb/CKS as Vice President of Architecture and Development and created the USWeb/CKS-Microsoft Joint Technology Laboratory.

Mr. Heaney earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park and holds numerous technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Novell.

Robin Wiener, President and Founding Partner

Robin leads the business development for Get Real, leveraging both her outstanding people skills and large network of contacts to identify and close sales opportunities. She also manages strategic partnerships with Microsoft, TELUS, and others.

With over 10 years experience as a recruiter and HR professional, she also manages all hiring and personnel management.

Jason Harmon, CTO and Founding Partner

Mr. Harmon is Get Real's CTO, and has an extensive background as a technology executive with more than twenty years of software architecture and development experience specializing in large-scale, high performance applications.

In addition to architecting many of the systems built by Get Real Consulting, Mr. Harmon sets and oversees technology standards and practices

Prior to co-founding Get Real Consulting, Mr. Harmon worked as VP of Software Development for USWeb/CKS, and was the chief architect of their iFrame platform for hosted applications.

Mr. Harmon has been recognized by Microsoft for his contributions to the HealthVault and SQL Server platforms and has spoken at conferences and universities in the US and Europe.

Rajesh CKR, Managing Partner, Indian Operations

Rajesh C.K.R. leads the Get Real Consulting development office in Bangalore, India.

Developed HealthVault Xray, a tool used daily by the Microsoft HealthVault development team.

The first person awarded Microsoft MVP recognition for his contributions to the HealthVault ecosystem.

Has received awards and recognition from IEEE for his technical seminars and has published numerous articles on C programming.

Earned a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and Engineering from the University of Calicut.

Cortney Nicolato, CPHIT, Vice President, Healthcare Strategies

Cortney provides strategic planning and solution design to Get Real customers and leverages a large network of clinical contacts to assist in business development.

She has a decade of Healthcare and Information Technology experience, most recently as Director, Quality & Health IT Business Development at the American Heart Association.

She serves as the Co-Chair for the Certification Commission for Health IT’s (CCHIT) Cardiovascular Workgroup and is very active in a number of Health IT professional associations.
